- attendance (such as sessions attended, number of absences, absence reasons); and
- assessment and attainment.

We collect minimum data provided by you upon initial contact and use pupil information for the following purposes:
- to support pupil learning,
- to monitor and report on pupil attainment and progress; and
- to assess the quality of our service.
Personal information is not shared with any third party. You have the right to withdraw consent to data processing at any time.
Lawful bases for processing personal information
We keep your data only for legitimate reasons and processing. Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:
- we have a legitimate interest, and
- pupil data is essential for operational use.
How your personal information is stored
We hold pupil data securely (password protected) for the period of tuition, plus six months. After that time, the data will be destroyed.
Your data protection rights
Under data protection rights, you have rights including right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and data portability.
You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
